Each year in the State of Florida, nearly 20,000 children are placed into foster care. Many of them, for various reasons, are permanently separated from their biological families.

Kyle If you take the time to listen to a foster child, you will hear stories of hurt but also hope. You'll see a resilience to adversity and a desire to leave the past behind. That desire is shared by Kyle. He spent some time with us in our studios. We were more than impressed with this young man and we know you will be too.
Shirley One day Shirley will be somewhere serving and protecting you. She has big plans to join the Marines, but first she wants to join an even more special group - a family.
